About The Opportunity
We operate in the HR services and talent acquisition sector, providing end-to-end recruitment solutions and employer-brand support for startups and SMBs across India. This is a remote, entry-level role embedded in talent acquisition and HR operations focused on sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for high-volume and niche hiring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms using targeted Boolean strings and creative sourcing channels.
- Perform resume screening and conduct structured phone/video pre-screens to qualify candidates against role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure data hygiene and timely status updates.
- Coordinate interview logistics between hiring managers and candidates, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
- Draft compelling job postings and outreach messages to improve response rates and employer-brand visibility.
- Track basic recruitment metrics (pipeline health, time-to-screen) and prepare concise weekly hiring reports; suggest process improvements.
