About the Role
Dooritt is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern (Recruitment) who is passionate about identifying and hiring exceptional talent. The ideal candidate should be confident, resourceful, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, job boards, social media channels, referrals, and professional networks.
* Manage recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions, ranging from interns to senior roles.
* Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
* Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and leadership teams.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
* Negotiate compensation and offer terms with selected candidates.
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases and hiring reports.
* Assist in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Familiarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Confident personality with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

* Candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
* Resume screening and interview coordination.
* Stakeholder and candidate management.
* Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of recruitment funnels and hiring processes.
