Role Description The Human Resources Intern (HR Intern) will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and contribute to maintaining an efficient and inclusive workplace. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will help in maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting with HR documentation and compliance. Additional responsibilities include contributing to HR initiatives related to employee engagement, benefits communication, HR policy implementation, and basic personnel administration. The role provides exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and offers opportunities to learn from experienced HR and business professionals.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
- Ability to support HR Management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and record-keeping.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance requirements, with willingness to learn company-specific processes.
- Interest in Employee Benefits administration and assisting with related communication and documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management support, including maintaining accurate employee data and handling routine HR queries.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR software or spreadsheets.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within teams, and handle confidential information responsibly.
