Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Intern Fresher. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee database management, coordinating onboarding and training processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include helping with employee queries, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and contributing to HR projects related to policy development and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist with recruitment processes such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Proficiency in data management and maintaining HR-related documentation
- Willingness to learn and contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or ongoing completion for freshers)
