Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at World My Web is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding and orientation programs, and maintaining employee documentation. The intern will assist with tracking employee benefits, updating HR databases, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance, performance records, and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in HR practices within a growing, community-focused technology company.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
