About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in building meaningful employee experiences and strengthening our people practices. This role is ideal for someone curious about how organisations attract, engage, and develop talent. You will work closely with the team on research, coordination, and initiatives that help shape a positive and high-impact workplace culture.
What you will do:
• Assist in research and insights related to talent, workplace culture, and HR trends
• Support recruitment coordination, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling
• Help organise employee engagement initiatives and internal experiences
• Contribute to HR documentation, policies, and process improvements
• Work closely with the team to support people initiatives across projects
