Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Mohali district. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR policies, assisting in employee benefits administration, managing personnel records, and helping with HR management tasks. The role involves contributing to human resources operations while learning and growing in the field under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration
- Competency in Personnel Management and related practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a professional environment
- Pursuing a degree or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
