Key responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities, including vendor coordination, gifting management, documentation, and paperwork
- Manage end-to-end junior-level recruitment, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance tracking, HR databases, and internal trackers
- Assist in drafting HR letters, documentation, and reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all HR operations
Skills & Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes, admin and recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
