Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR policies, and supporting employee benefit programs. The intern will also participate in personnel management activities and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. There will be opportunities to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and learn best practices in human resource management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in core Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment and employee relations
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with professionalism
- A bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
