Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role will provide exposure to real-world hiring processes, candidate management, and modern HR tools used in today’s recruitment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and HR records.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation and joining coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, recruitment metrics, and hiring data analysis.
- Help improve employer branding by supporting job posts and recruitment outreach on professional platforms.
- Provide administrative support for HR documentation, policies, and employee records.
HR interns commonly assist with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR databases, and preparing reports that help improve HR operations and hiring decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s degree with HR specialization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining hiring trackers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Modern HR roles increasingly require digital skills, data awareness, and familiarity with HR systems, as organizations adopt technology and analytics in recruitment processes.
