Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The role involves supporting HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting with personnel management, and contributing to the creation and organization of human resources initiatives. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operational processes, assist in maintaining proper documentation, and support employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Experience with HR tools or systems is a plus
