Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including supporting talent acquisition efforts, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve personnel management, handling documentation, and helping with employee engagement initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to HR practices and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR)
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources
