Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities and documentation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn
- Strong coordination and time management abilities
