Role Description
This is a Work From Home, Unpaid Internship for the role of HR Intern at United Global Federation India. The HR Intern will support recruitment, coordinate interviews, manage intern and volunteer data, and assist in daily HR operations. The role also involves documentation, onboarding support, and internal team coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience or ability to handle Personnel Management tasks
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
