About the Role
IIAD/UDIT is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support the Talent & Employee Relations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative processes. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while working in a dynamic academic environment.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of work or internship experience.
- Prior exposure to Talent Acquisition or core HR functions will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Conduct tele-calling and connect with approximately 30–50 candidates on a daily basis.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and regularly update MS Excel trackers, recruitment reports, and HR records.
- Ensure employee documentation is organized and maintained accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as and when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills while interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and team members to support recruitment activities.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling employee and candidate information.
- Build positive relationships through timely and effective communication.
Organizational & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel functions and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Employee Engagement & Learning
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Support the planning and execution of employee activities and internal communications.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept additional responsibilities assigned by the Manager – HR.
- Develop practical exposure to various HR functions throughout the internship.
Working Conditions
Working Days: 5.5 days a week (2 Saturdays off per month)
Timings: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Saturday: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
