Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including writing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting HR management tasks, and handling personnel records and processes. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with employment regulations and providing support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience or interest in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR management tools
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations is preferred
