Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Interns who are eager to build their career in Human Resources, especially in End-to-End Recruitment. The intern will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment cycle, client coordination, candidate management, and HR consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
- Assist in drafting JDs and recruitment-related documents
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Learn and contribute to HR consulting activities and client management
