We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Recruiter)
Tribe Catalyst is a startup partnering with EdTech companies to make hiring faster and smarter. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our founding team!
The Essentials:
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Mon – Sat | 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Stipend: ₹10,000 / month
- Duration: 3 Months (With PPO potential based on performance)
- Requirement: Must own a laptop
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting screening calls and shortlisting resumes.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining records.
- Collaborating directly with the founding team to hit hiring goals.
Who Should Apply
- Degree Holders Only: You must have already completed your degree.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
- Mindset: Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
