Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Chennai. As an HR Intern, you will assist in a variety of HR functions, including the management and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the development and communication of HR-related initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to contribute to our company’s mission by creating an inclusive and effective work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions, including basic HR principles and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
