Role Description
This is a paid, full-time remote internship for a Human Resources Intern at The Headlines Studios. You will work directly with the founding team to help build the talent engine that powers our growth. This is not an administrative role — you will own the hiring pipeline end-to-end, from crafting job descriptions and running outreach to screening candidates and supporting onboarding. You will help us find the AI filmmakers, growth enthusiasts, and creative minds who will build the future of content marketing with us.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and building high-performance teams.
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to represent our brand while engaging candidates.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job platforms, LinkedIn outreach, or HR tools is a plus.
- Bonus: exposure to AI tools or automation that can supercharge hiring workflows.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and takes ownership without hand-holding.
