Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based on-site in the Pune Division. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, support employee benefits programs, handle personnel management tasks, and contribute to the seamless execution of HR operations. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts, HR Management, and the ability to support HR operations effectively
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Basic understanding of Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools is an asset
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
