About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on, real-time experience in Human Resources.
This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, helping you become industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through online platforms
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain HR and recruitment documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and systems
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings
- Assist in training and development programs
- Support performance management processes
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or currently pursuing
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Available for 2–3 months
- Immediate joiners preferred
