Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhopal. The intern will assist with a variety of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, coordination of HR events, maintaining personnel records, and supporting administrative HR tasks. The intern will contribute to HR strategies and help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in human resource management.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and employee engagement activities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative HR tasks
- Basic knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and human resources best practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn HR software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
