Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. The role includes maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and supporting the administration of employee benefits and attendance records. Additional responsibilities may include preparing basic HR reports, updating HR databases, and collaborating with team members on HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, with the ability to support their implementation.
- Basic familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools; experience with HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to work from the Noida office as required within a hybrid work model and manage tasks independently.
