🌙 Shift: Night Shift

This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
Maintain employee records and databases
Support onboarding and documentation process
Help in daily HR operations and reporting
✅ Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed graduation (HR preferred)
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & LinkedIn
Willingness to work in night shift
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR field
💰 Stipend Details
First 2 months: Unpaid (Training & Learning Phase)
Next 1 month: Paid (Based on performance)
