Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and talent databases
* Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
* Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
* Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
* Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and recruitment databases
* Support recruitment operations for startup and client hiring mandates
* Work on talent sourcing strategies and market mapping
* Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
* Assist in day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
Eligibility Criteria
* MBA (HR) students or recent graduates
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Consulting
* Basic understanding of LinkedIn and hiring platforms preferred
* Good organizational and coordination skills
* Candidates eager to learn in a startup and advisory environment
