Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR/recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
