Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication end-to-end. Own the onboarding experience — paperwork, IT setup, and first-week orientation. Help design and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops. Maintain HR records, policies, and SOPs as they get built. Support payroll and compliance touchpoints alongside the founders. Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and new hires. Required Skills Completed undergraduate degree (no current college students). Background in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
