Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
* Post job openings on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Support employee onboarding and documentation.
* Assist in preparing HR policies, employee records, and HR reports.
* Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
* Help maintain attendance and HR-related documentation.
* Work closely with management on various HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
Eligibility:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (BBA/BBM/MBA/PG in Human Resources preferred, completed or final year).
* 6 months to 1 year of HR internship or work experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment and HR documentation is an added advantage.
* Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
