Role Description

This internship role is for a Human Resources Intern based on-site in Bengaluru South. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the management of HR operations, which may involve supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies, helping with personnel management, and contributing to employee benefits programs. The intern will also assist in managing documentation and coordinating recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
  • Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage
