About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the end- to-end HR lifecycle including hiring, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Candidates must be based in or near Whitefield, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
● Assist in preparing and updating job descriptions.
● Post job openings on job portals and professional networks.
● Screen resumes based on job requirements.
● Conduct initial HR screening calls.
● Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
● Send interview reminders and maintain interview feedback records.
2. Onboarding & Joining Process
● Assist in onboarding new employees.
● Collect and maintain employee documentation.
● Create employee records in HRMS (People Master / Zoho People).
● Support induction and orientation sessions.
● Add employees to internal communication platforms (WhatsApp groups, Slack channels).
3. HR Operations & Employee Management
● Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
● Assist in generating employee dashboards and HR reports.
● Support payroll documentation and payslip coordination.
● Update employee insurance records in the HR portal (add/delete users).
● Support annual performance review documentation.
4. Exit & Offboarding Process
● Acknowledge employee resignations.
● Coordinate completion of No Due forms.
● Prepare relieving letters and experience letters.
● Issue internship completion certificates.
Skills & Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Degree in Human Resources or Business
Administration
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic knowledge of HR processes
● Good organizational and coordination skills
● Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets ( Good to have knowledge of Zoho People)
● Ability to maintain confidentiality
