Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring HR Interns to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. This is a hands-on role. If you are expecting a light internship with minimal responsibility, this is not it.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
- Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
- Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance activities
- Assist in organizing internal engagement activities
- Handle basic HR communications and follow-ups
Requirements
Who Should Apply
- Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
- Willing to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced setup
