Role Overview:
STEP One Step Ahead is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations in an IT environment, making it an excellent learning opportunity for aspiring HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job portals and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation during the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for on-site work in Thane
