About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and joining formalities
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related emails
- Handle job postings on various portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Maintain HR records and ensure proper documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- A proactive and learning-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
