About the Role
SND Technology is looking for an HR Intern who can build a high-performance recruitment
engine. In this role, you are not just a recruiter; you are a Manager. You will be responsible for
hiring your own team across various domains, training them, and ensuring they deliver
consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Building: Recruit and assemble a multi-domain team of interns/contributors.
● Training & Enablement: Train your team on sourcing strategies, screening techniques,
and SND’s internal hiring standards.
● Performance Management: Monitor your team’s daily activity and ensure they are
hitting their recruitment targets.
● Result Delivery: You are responsible for the final output. You must ensure your team
successfully identifies and onboards high-quality candidates.
● Leadership: Drive a culture of accountability where every team member is focused on
tangible results rather than just completing hours.
Requirements

Strong leadership potential and the ability to manage people remotely.
Excellent communication skills to train and motivate a diverse team.
A "Result-First" mindset—you understand that effort is good, but results are what matter.
Previous experience in HR or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
