Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR processes, and building workplace culture in a fast-growing D2C startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant pipelines
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and internal teams
Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Duration: 3 months
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Stipend: 5,000/ month
