Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Indore. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including maintaining and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Daily tasks may include assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating employee engagement activities, updating HR documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR team as required.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- Understanding of HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR Policies and processes related to compliance and workplace conduct.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management to support team welfare and administration.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
