Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at SmartED Innovations is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with benefits-related documentation and queries. The intern will also help prepare HR reports, support performance management activities, and collaborate with team members on HR projects and process improvements. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a dynamic ed-tech environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR-related data.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain professional conduct.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
