Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management tasks. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Experience or education related to Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with standard HR tools and software is a plus
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic entertainment industry environment
