Role Description:
THIS IS A 3-MONTH UNPAID, PART-TIME REMOTE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who will manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding selected interns/volunteers into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Schedule and coordinate online interviews & Intro Talks
- Handle onboarding and maintain recruitment records
- Manage team coordination and engagement activities
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, and children's homes for social activities
- Manage different teams.
