Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support data management by maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
