Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an HR Recruiter / Intern based in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment records, building pipelines for potential talent, and assisting in onboarding and employee engagement activities. The role may also involve coordinating with departmental heads to understand recruitment needs and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates using job portals, social networks, and other recruitment tools.
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools used for maintaining recruitment records and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and onboarding processes is a plus.
