Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Intern. Responsibilities include supporting various HR functions such as employee onboarding, assisting with HR policy execution, and managing employee records. The intern will also be involved in organizing employee benefits programs and contributing to personnel management activities within the company.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and experience or coursework in HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and organizational processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
