About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern / HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and some initial exposure to recruitment activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding activities and documentation
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience or internship in HR/recruitment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some initial recruitment or sourcing experience
- Internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
