Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in executing HR tasks such as managing HR policies, organizing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. The intern will also have hands-on involvement in recruitment processes, updating employee records, and assisting with general employee relations. Ongoing communication with team members and stakeholders is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
