Role Description
This full-time remote role of Human Resources Intern involves assisting with a variety of HR functions. As an intern, you will contribute to HR operations, support HR policies, track and manage employee benefits, and assist in personnel management initiatives. You will work collaboratively to ensure efficient HR management while gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, HR Management, and HR Policies.
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR operations and systems.
