Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Coimbatore, with opportunities for partial remote work. The intern will assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures, support employee benefits administration, and contribute to personnel management tasks. Additional responsibilities include aiding in recruitment, onboarding, and other day-to-day HR activities that enhance employee engagement and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
- Experience or knowledge in Personnel Management and related administrative functions
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
