We are looking for a People Operations Intern to help set up the foundational HR processes for a fast-growing startup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch rather than managing already established processes.
You will work closely with the founders to identify, implement, and manage tools and workflows for employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Systems & Tools Setup
Research, recommend and implement tools for:
• Payroll & salary processing
• Salary slip generation
• Employee database / HRMS
• Leave & attendance management
• Offer letter & onboarding workflows
• Document storage and employee records
• Expense reimbursement tracking
Example tools to evaluate:
Zoho People, Keka, Razorpay Payroll, GreytHR, Deel, etc.

Build the processes and templates for:
• Offer letters
• Employment contracts
• Joining documentation
• Onboarding checklist
• Employee handbook
• Exit / offboarding process
• Probation review templates

3. Recruitment Process Support
Help structure early hiring processes:
• Candidate tracking system
• Interview feedback templates
• Hiring pipeline tracker
• Job description formatting
• Offer approval workflow

4. HR Compliance Basics
Support setup of basic compliance processes:
• Salary structure framework
• PF / ESIC applicability understanding
• Employee documentation requirements
• Leave policies
• Basic HR policies
Internship Details
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹5,000 / month
