Saras AI Institute the world's first US-approved, online, AI-exclusive degree-granting institution is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is not your average internship. You will work directly alongside our HR Manager supporting real hiring, real operations, and real HR challenges from day one.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with and directly support the HR Manager across all key HR functions and day-to-day priorities.
- Support end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for live open positions.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process smooth and efficient.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and hiring pipelines.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires joining the team.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities that keep our team culture strong.
- Help draft job descriptions and post openings across platforms.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
You are the right fit if:
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills you are comfortable talking to candidates and internal teams alike.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing your time across multiple tasks.
- You have basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Most importantly you are eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and genuinely excited about building a career in HR.
