Job Description
We are seeking motivated HR interns to join our team in a remote capacity. This internship focuses on learning, observation, and gaining hands-on exposure to HR processes, without assigning direct responsibility for HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment processes (including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling), and onboarding activities (forms, documentation, and induction sessions).
Attend virtual HR meetings and maintain notes from discussions.
Explore various HR tools, templates, and reporting formats used within the organization.
Research current HR trends, employee engagement ideas, and summarize relevant case studies or webinars.
Prepare presentations and infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in HR activities, and submit weekly updates to mentors.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Comfortable working with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote work environment.
Willingness to learn and observe HR practices with curiosity and dedication.
